A newsroom sidebar called INJECT integrates a Google Docs/CMS add-on with a creative search engine indexing 5 million+ indexed stories from 300 RSS sources (updated every 30 minutes), 50,000 political cartoons and multilingual content across six languages. It surfaces reusable concept cards, entity-driven tiles and drill-down searches in a fixed 300px pane so journalists generate new angles within three minutes and shift writing behavior; month-long trials in three Norwegian papers and a longer four-month study report more novel angles, changed workflows and signs of increased objectivity and boldness.
