Scalable DIY workflow converts rigid PCB designs into soft, self-contained devices with onboard power, MCU, touch sensors and LEDs by combining CO2 laser cutter patterning, stencil printing of liquid metal and silicone casting. Circuits use gallium–indium–tin (eGaIn) traces with sheet resistance ~0.01–0.02 Ω/□, an Arduino reference becomes a three-layer soft board with 30 buried VIAs, and a sample stretched 1,000 cycles to 200% shows only ~5.7% resistance increase, demonstrating practical robustness.
