LegisFlow is a web interface that retrieves statute versions by date from a temporal-aware JSON database with vectors, shows side-by-side laws, and offers an interactive amendment timeline with a sync button to align statutes to an incident date. A multi-agent retriever plus LLM generates context-aware summaries while keeping original provisions inline for verification. A 10-user within-subject study reports up to 36% faster tasks (440s vs 690s, p=0.022) and workflows with 70% fewer manual steps for inter-statute comparison.
