Memory preservation using LUO

LUO is extended to preserve memory via memfd by serializing file map folios and supporting both normal folios and huge TLB backing; patches already preserve 1 GB huge pages on x86. The implementation counts preserved huge pages per edge state (example: five preserved pages) so early-boot allocation subtracts that number to avoid overallocating (avoiding a 90→95 page mismatch). Patches handle early memblock/kernel-alloc ordering, add a read-only early retrieve path, and are reported working with RFCs posted.
