summary

InterPlanetary Wheels presents IPWHL, a system of singly-versioned Python binary distributions stored on the peer-to-peer IPFS network to improve security and reproducibility. It explains using IPFS replication and content-addressing to avoid single points of failure and make package distribution more resilient. The talk also notes the same pattern could be applied to other software distributions like Linux packages.
