summary

Introduces Neighbourhoods, a Holochain-centered framework and data interchange (rep_lang) for portable reputation and cultural metrics separate from groupware like calendars, chat, games and collaborative docs. Describes how reputation records stay on users’ devices, can be ported between Holochain groups, and validated via Holochain’s gossip protocol; includes a short demo of rep_lang computations being validated by multiple Holochain agents.
