summary

Describes building code.gouv.fr, a catalog of over 9,000 public-sector Git repositories, and reports on the contents discovered in those repos. Explains concrete services planned for different kinds of public agencies (depending on their needs) that sit on top of this fragile dataset, and invites audience input on which services would be most valuable.
