XWiki as an FOSS alternative to Confluence and Notion
summary
XWiki is presented as an open-source alternative to Confluence and Notion, focusing on structured-data-first wikis and avoiding cloud/proprietary lock-in. It covers current features (structured data alongside free text, Confluence migrator, macros) and recent additions: a realtime editor built on CryptPad’s realtime technology and a new “livedata” component for inline editing of structured tabular data, plus the project’s future roadmap.
