Standardizing CPUID data for the open-source x86 ecosystem

Proposal standardizes CPUID by collecting and encoding the publicly known 830+ bitfields into an extensible XML schema and choosing XML over JSON/YAML for attribute-rich hierarchies. Generators produce C header and kcpuid generators that cover the full field set and small XSLT transforms create kernel-friendly structures. The repository targets downstreams Linux and Xen, documents vendor filtering and proc flags, and proves a working prototype that replaces scattered bitwise hacks with machine-readable, generated tables.
