Demo shows a working enterprise Q&A app that indexes PDFs into Azure Storage, runs Cognitive Search, and calls Azure OpenAI Service from a container. Deployment uses the Azure Developer CLI AZD and add‑ons to spin a full stack in about six minutes instead of ~38. Runtime options include Azure Container Apps (scale to zero, jobs, VNets preview, Dedicated+Consumption) or AKS with Istio, Kata and long‑term Kubernetes support. Load tests use matrixed GitHub Actions and Azure Load Testing to find a config that halves cost while staying under 150 ms.
