Neural networks generate password guesses that beat PCFGs and Markov models, often improving success by roughly 50% at high guess counts (e.g., 15%→22% at 10^15 guesses, ~30%→~45% at 10^16). Models tested at 3 MB and 60 MB sizes; aggressive quantization plus gzip compresses a practical model to ~850 KB. A JavaScript client runs the compressed model with sub-second latency (common-case ~17 ms) and provides principled, real-time strength estimates for arbitrary attack budgets.
