Closing Ceremony
summary
Five-minute closing that lists five words: gratitude for the teams and thousands of people who made the event larger than last year, pride in Portugal’s changing economy and youth, congratulations for driving a scientific and technological revolution, worry that too many politicians deny climate change while Portugal is sticking to the Paris Agreement, and hope to host Web Summit again in Lisbon in 2019/2020 — next year same time, same place.
