ShapeMe is a layered, cuttable material with inkjet-printed conductive sensors and a single back electrode that measures capacitance changes to infer cut positions. A linear mapping from voltage to sensor length yields per-sensor accuracy around 0.25 mm (for 1 mm traces), and the end-to-end system reports 2–3 mm average accuracy. The toolkit exports printable layouts, provides Blender/Unity plugins, and a stackable shaping board for up to dozens of sensors.
