Awards Ceremony
summary
Ceremony presents the Ratification Award 2024–2025 to 14 contributors who drove concrete spec work: ratifying spec 1.13, the debug specification, conditional operations, load‑store pair, end‑trace control and connectors, and the RVA23/RVB23 profiles. Awards get handed out personally by the new RISC‑V CEO and recognize the editorial tooling, committee coordination, product adoption gating, and long review cycles that made each ratification durable and production‑ready.
