summary
Announces practical conference details: a mask zone and dedicated seating, gendered bathrooms today with an all‑gender option on the ground floor, an AV office behind registration to test laptops, and safety team volunteers with red badges. Notes logistics: Discord for urgent updates and a whiteboard for Birds‑of‑a‑Feather sessions. Lists perks and constraints: t‑shirts pick up at lunch, job board in the foyer, sponsors include Valky Kraken Tech Cypher Stack Google Elastic AWS, and that workshops sold out but a student showcase is this afternoon.
