summary
Opening sets logistics and scope: front-left of the ballroom is a mask zone, gendered bathrooms are in use today with a nearby gender-neutral option, and a speaker test station sits near the boardrooms. Sponsors named include Valky Snowflake Python Software Foundation Google Elastic AWS Planet Innovation Kraken Electron Workshop. The schedule notes workshops sold out, t-shirts arrive at lunchtime with size swaps later, a jobs board sits in the foyer, and a Discord link handles real-time coordination.
