ThymesisFlow is an open hardware/software framework that implements software-defined memory disaggregation over OpenCAPI 3.0, built on Alpha Data 9V3 FPGAs and tested on two IBM AC922 POWER9 servers. It maps compute-side LPC windows to remote C1-backed memory via address-patching and a custom MAC over a low-latency fabric, sustaining ~12.5 GB/s (100 Gbps) with ~900 ns round-trip latency. User-space agent hot-plugs 1 TB sections, works transparently for Linux and shows <10% throughput loss on some cloud workloads.
