After a year using Azure Blueprints the workflow is: author a blueprint.json plus artifacts (web app, App Service plan, role assignment), publish a versioned blueprint, then assign it to create environments. Templates embed an ARM template for resources, map parameters (names, objectId for RBAC, resource group) and use PowerShell scripts to import, publish and assign. Result: a reproducible web app deployed in minutes with enforced region, tags and scoped owner role.
