Tekzilla Live!
summary
Live demo covers SSD upgrades and limits — confirms a Lenovo 2.5" laptop accepts SSDs but a 100GB drive for ~$140 is unrealistic today; recommends Intel X25-M 80GB as blazing-fast but notes real-world write slowdowns caused by JMicron controller lag and filled flash blocks, with recovery requiring secure erase; promises TRIM coming in Windows 7 and OS X to stop degradation. Also reports Twitter adding search, API rate limits and monetization experiments, and shows a Squarespace site rebuilt live.
