Forking Stdlib JSON

A fork of Go's encoding/json adds concrete features: an UnmarshalStrict flag to disallow unknown fields, encoder options that force nil slices/maps to encode as [] instead of null, and an omit empty via IsZero change that uses an IsZero method plus reflective deep-equal checks so whole structs (including zero times in other timezones) drop from output. Prototypes compile and work; most changes stay backwards compatible though a few options can break behavior. Also supports snake_case rewriting and dynamic unmarshalling.
