summary

A browser reimplementation called Webamp runs Winamp 2.9 in HTML5 and JavaScript rather than emulation and is available from the author’s repository. It is already integrated into every audio page on the Archive behind a hidden llama click so you can test playback and play whole shows. It supports skins and an equalizer and promises media library functionality and a milkchakra visualizer coming soon.
