WATCHER is an automated in-situ failure diagnoser built on iReplayer that deterministically replays crashes, identifies the failing instruction/register/address via binary analysis, then installs hardware watchpoints and breakpoints to collect memory accesses, calling contexts and sync events. It prunes false causes with happens-before analysis from recorded lock orders, reports a backward-slice fault propagation chain and failure type, handles sequential and concurrency bugs (null deref, divide-by-zero, stack overflow), runs with <2% overhead and diagnoses in 2/3 seconds average.
