Introduction
summary
Five-minute opening covers logistics and tone rather than technical content: VR racing sponsor stand with prizes, cake labeled vanilla (yellow pots) and chocolate (blue pots), and a Google King Center layout PDF for room maps. Announces Norfolk Developers leadership change, affirms accessible toilets and emergency exits, notes zero code-of-conduct incidents so far, and gives the correct Twitter handle and hashtag. Useful if wanting orientation and event housekeeping before sessions.
