Uniting Native SDKs into KMP

Reuses existing Android and iOS Sentry SDKs to produce a Kotlin Multiplatform MVP that calls each native init and shares a single common API, built with Gradle, Kotlin/Native cinterop and CocoaPods for iOS, and verified to work end to end. Handles options conversion via expect/actual; using expect/actual + typealias removes conversion boilerplate but breaks when Java getters/setters or companion objects differ, so fallback conversion remains needed. CocoaPods is easiest but pulls every binding, cinterop lets you trim headers and reduce size. Tests require extra linker configuration.
