Proposes a concrete translation from functional reactive programming into chemical reaction networks, implemented as a Haskell library Reacto that compiles Yampa-like signal functions into I/O CRN = signal function networks using catalytic inputs, a dual-rail encoding for booleans and reals, and primitive CRN building blocks. Shows simulated examples (sine oscillator, Hailstone verifier via Isabelle) that work in silico, exposes a real simulation shows race condition when naively composing CRNs, and notes no wet‑lab validation yet.
