Audi’s cloud-native parameter service sends per-car settings to stations using AWS IoT Greengrass and an event-driven backbone (SNS/SQS, EventBridge), and proves reusable across axle, headlight and battery stations. UI fields and validations are generated from a JSON schema + FORMLY so an elastic data model supports runtime schema changes without DB migrations (DynamoDB). A closed feedback loop uses end-of-line inspection to auto-calculate offsets that are trusted in production, and rigorous end-to-end tests (Postman, station simulator) catch infra/config failures missed by unit tests.
