summary
Program committee explains session selection rules, pleads with the community to stop calling it "service mess", and riffs through staged karaoke parodies for Istio, Linkerd, Kong, Kuma, SMI and eBPF to illustrate community culture rather than technical depth. Travel anecdotes trace a multi‑stop trip through Singapore, Milan, Barcelona and Valencia. Announces a panel at 4:30 on whether sidecars were a bad idea, thanks diamond sponsors Tetrate Solo and Buoyant, and notes Istio is proposing to join the CNCF.
