Welcome + Opening Remarks
summary
Room opens with chaotic travel reports and a brief welcome noting many delayed flights, then a rundown of logistics and community next steps: thanks to the CNCF and diamond sponsors including Octopus Deploy, instructions for how to become an official member (make a few contributions, open a GitHub ticket), a first‑time co‑chair announcement, and a concrete community partnership — Argie joins Fippy and Friends — plus swag details and hats for maintainers with a reserved list.
