Hands-on lab that actually boots a vagrant box and HTTP exploration VM, runs vagrant up and vagrant ssh, and uses real network tools: openssl s_client and tcpdump, telnet for plain HTTP and Wireshark to reassemble packets. Covers concrete behavior: GET/POST/PUT idempotence, status codes (201, 418), cookies and 4KB limits, gzip for bodies, proxies and reverse-proxying with nginx, and an HTTP/2 demo with header compression (HPACK) and multiplexing — an HTTP/2 example works though curl + nginx needed manual compilation.
