Uses Ehrenfest constraints — measure expectation values of local commutators on a steady state (or time-averaged states) to form a linear system K·c≈0 and recover local Hamiltonian or Lindbladian by taking the minimal eigenvector of K†K. Method relies on noncommutativity so works for noncommuting systems and fails for commuting/classical cases; it handles open-system noise models and can learn a classical Ising Hamiltonian if coupled to dissipation. Numerics use small chains (tested on 6–12 spins) with added sampling noise (e.g. 10⁻⁴–0.1); SPAM and measurement-bias remain open.
