summary

Welcome and logistics for OpenSearchCon China include sponsor credits (AWS, OpenSearch Software Foundation, Linux Foundation), a QR code schedule on-screen and on badges, and venue support staff in the Grand Ballroom foyer. Captioning provides real-time translation between English and Chinese, Wi‑Fi credentials display on the screen, and a code of conduct requires professional, inclusive behavior. An evening networking search party is scheduled and attendees are asked to join community channels and tag conference posts.
