Nextcloud Outlook Add in
summary
Nextcloud’s Outlook add‑in integrates file sharing into Outlook so attachments become Nextcloud links, keeps mailbox size under control and lets admins automatically upload at a threshold (examples given: 9 MB or even 0 MB) with domain whitelists. It creates customizable public links with theming and HTML snippets, enforces deletion via Nextcloud workflows and file access control, and adds an activity tracker that logs shares and will notify users. Free and Enterprise editions exist; core features are shipping.
