Quick update on the Calendar App

" summary

Nextcloud ships a rebuilt calendar that relies on Nextcloud CalDAV server and is rewritten from PHP to JavaScript/Angular, moving UI rendering into the browser for a measurable speedup and fewer server dialogs. It already supports subscribing to webcal/ICS feeds, merged a branch for that into the imminent 1.0.4 release, and adds public calendar publishing. Monthly releases target search and undo next, an advanced repeating-event editor and alarms in 1.7, and free/busy scheduling in 1.8.
