Opening
summary
Welcome note comes from inside an aquarium, with an onstage promise of two days of talks and a call to contribute to open source. Introduction references that the conference started last year in Singapore, asks the crowd to cheer and records video and photos, and hands the program over to the local host. The tone is informal, fish are visible, and the opening proceeds as a brief logistical welcome rather than technical content.
