Maps with Django (and PostGIS)

Builds a web map end-to-end: starts with Spatialite and a Django project, adds a Leaflet front end, enables GeoDjango (requires GDAL), uses the Django admin and GISModelAdmin to create PointField markers, then migrates to PostGIS as the backend and exposes markers via django-rest-framework + rest_framework_gis. JavaScript requests GeoJSON for the current viewport on map moveend so only nearby markers load; demo shows smooth, incremental loading and a working interactive map.
