Keynote: Welcome Back
summary
Welcome remarks mix community organizing, policy and logistics rather than technical content: an explicit call to oppose racism and transphobia and affirm Black lives matter and trans lives matter, a recruitment plea for the cross project council with a GitHub calendar link, sponsor booth and swag details, mask-and-conduct rules, a string of dad jokes, and a plug for live karaoke with band tonight; closes by announcing Brian Bellendorf on open source security as the first technical session.
