Day 2
summary
Day two packs practical outcomes: an Austria contact‑tracing app launched in 2.5 weeks (Bluetooth handshake, 600k downloads, phone‑local anonymous storage, iOS background limits), operator mobility analytics using 24‑hour hashed IDs aggregated to >=20 people and GDPR reviews, Angular work showing Nx monorepos + enforced library access rules that speed builds and testing, a React demo of a hook‑based shared‑store replacing context, and cautionary ML advice—use trees for small tabular data, transfer learning when possible, and budget billions‑parameter training costs before committing.
