Application Shortcuts with a Renderless Event Component

Builds a tiny renderless event component that wires event handlers directly to global window listeners, shows working demos: scrolling changes background, offline/online toast, spacebar toggles video, keyboard-driven table navigation with arrow/select/enter/escape. Extracts handlers from $listeners so Vue key modifiers like .space work. For the complex table demo the code uses the Composition API. Companion code lives at github.com/viewschool/application-shortcuts and the simple component reliably adds and removes listeners.
