Adds a new bi-prod data type to Cats, implements ByFunctor, ByFoldable and ByTraverse instances, and wires law tests using ScalaCheck/discipline so instances compile and pass locally; uses the kind-projector plugin to partially apply binary type constructors and the Eval data type to allow short‑circuiting folds on potentially infinite structures. Pull request created at github.com/typelevel/cats/pull/906, compilation and tests run successfully, and serializability checks are included for Spark compatibility.
