summary
A digital team repurposes software skills into low‑budget filmmaking, building a stop‑motion rig using a life‑size shawarma and a skateboard as a dolly, writing simple frame‑capture software to automate shoots, and releasing videos that hit half a million views (one earlier clip reaches around 1 million). That cross‑training produces measurable outcomes: viral reach, new in‑house production capability, and a more creative, multi‑skilled team that reports higher engagement and faster prototyping of media ideas.
