Grafana’s GitHub data source installs from the plugin UI, uses a GitHub API token (GraphQL) and pulls issues, PRs and workflows into panels; the demo shows live JSON queries, dashboard variables that auto-list 100+ repositories, transformations to rename and hide fields, overrides to color true/false cells, clickable data links to issues and live annotations for external PRs. Alerting is not yet supported but the dashboard works live against GitHub Enterprise and public repos.
