Deep Dive into Pivotal Cloud Foundry 2.0

on YouTube ↗01h 03m

" summary

PCF 2.0 presents a single control plane that runs apps, containers and functions together, backed by BOSH for rolling upgrades and stemcell patching (up to ten updates/month), CredHub for secrets, NSX-T for automated networking, and Healthwatch/Ops Manager dashboards. New pieces: Windows Server 2016 containers with CF SSH, PKS (Kubernetes on BOSH) for managed clusters, and project riff for on‑prem serverless. Service updates include on‑demand MySQL/RabbitMQ clusters, replicated Pivotal Cloud Cache, scheduler UI, multi buildpack and Concourse CD integration.
