Creating a React Library for Consistent Data Visualization across Browsers and

A reusable React data‑viz system is built by extracting a platform‑agnostic Polaris core that contains themes, hooks, types and utilities and by delegating drawing to platform adapters so the same chart code uses D3 for scales on web and react-native-svg on mobile. Most JavaScript logic is moved unchanged, only the UI layer stays platform specific, accessibility is implemented (SVG exposed as table-like rows for screen readers), and the provider pattern keeps bundle size down while sharing behavior.
