Building the LaravelPH community
summary
Community grows from concrete moves: started in 2012, Meetup and Facebook groups host 1,700+ members and monthly events since 2013, with a TDD workshop, a lean coffee format introduced to surface business questions, and a LaraForm project that enforces test-driven contribution so pull requests require tests. Geography (island nation) limits attendance, so an online portal and links to Laracasts, Forge and the official Laravel forums are used to scale participation; corporate venues like Microsoft Philippines and meetup.com handle logistics.
