KanDDDinsky Open Space
summary
Open space unconference runs with people writing session ideas on Post-It session pitches then lining up to announce them and stick them on a blank agenda wall for a time and room, so scheduling is literal and visible. Format claims near-universal participation, needs only someone to stand and say a topic, supports talks, discussions or question sessions, and at this event spawns 30+ sessions of mixed scope and walking or informal formats, and it’s reported to work reliably.
