Live demo deploys a Java Spring microservice into Kubernetes using Pods (two containers, Nginx + content container), Services and an Ingress Nginx, shows rolling updates with auto-rollback, HPA autoscaling driven by Heapster metrics, and Fluentd DaemonSet forwarding logs to DataDog. ConfigMap and Secrets hold config; ReplicaSets handle fast cutover; failed update reverts and service stays available. Demo mostly works end-to-end (one config-reload plugin fails). Recommended once you manage ~10–30 microservices.
