An experimental config engine called mgmt claims real-time, autonomous convergence by running a resource parallel DAG execution model so a demo graph that would serially take 35 seconds finishes in about 36 seconds including startup overhead while resources run concurrently. It uses an event-driven convergence loop that notices a deleted file and recreates it instantly, embeds etcd and Raft for a distributed raft cluster of agents, hot-plugs CPU on a running VM, can be used as a library (libified mgmt), and accepts converted Puppet code; all demos run live.
