Welcome
summary
Welcome notes outline the day: a long GHC status update slot led by Simon, regular 20-minute talks and shorter lightning talks with a few slots still open, and a post-lunch lightning session to reboot energy. Slides must be uploaded to the speaker booth (PDF preferred) rather than using personal laptops, and demos should be tested with staff during a coffee break. Location is Ljubljana and organizers allocate extra Q&A time for practical follow-ups.
