Combines Slack-driven ChatOps with declarative Helmfile configs so non‑Kubernetes experts can trigger upgrades; a cluster-side middle service commits changes to GitHub, posts diffs back to Slack, and runs Helmfile to apply state. Production use records about 1,300 chat interactions last year (≈550 release upgrades, 760 dev-release mentions), ~240 direct repo ops and ~800 CI-triggered updates. Uses Helmfile + Helm + GitHub and proves reproducible, visible, and widely adopted.
