summary
Conference opens with two practical logistics items: two lightning talks slots (one at the end of day, one tomorrow before lunch) with a sign‑up form on the conference web page and on‑site help available for preparing a ~5 minute pitch. Remote engagement runs through Discourse using the thread named hcll for questions and discussion. The rest is the scheduled Haskell'23 program.
